AKL is dedicated to help develop people of the community to become better. The professional Development Program (PDP) is established to empower the locals and provide them with confidence to seek work opportunities, become entrepreneurs, and show resilience in their activities daily.
To make this program possible; semi-annually AKL provides a four weeks course focusing on professional development. This course begins with social-emotional learning (we have to relate to educate) such as participants’ mental health (Anxiety and Depression).
AKL’s educators provide locals with life balance strategies in our basic management and leadership training, technical skills training (Computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel), teamwork and interpersonal skills training.
AKL’s English speaking language (ESL) course will be a key aspect in seeking work opportunities with international organizations.
* These programs are available to everyone for free.
